cancellation policy
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to sustain a small practice. I therefore operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 48h mean the £30 deposit (covering room rental costs) won't be refunded, and cancellations within 24h require full payment. Thank you for understanding.
